Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging

• Proof of purchase required

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used coffee machines or accessories

• Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges:
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost.
